摘要
阐述了环保管家产生的背景、概念、政策发展。重点分析了环保管家目前的成果及存在的问题,最后从政府部门、第三方服务机构、排污机构三方视角提出了完善建议。
This paper expounds the background,concept and policy development of environmental steward.Mainly analyzes the current achievements and existing problems of environmental stewards,and finally puts forward suggestions for improvement from the perspective of government departments,third-party service agencies and pollutant discharge agencies.
