摘要
榆树田煤矿目前开采下侏罗统塔里奇克组下_(4)、下_(5)煤层,其中下_(5)煤层平均厚9.5 m,煤层顶板为坚硬厚层状砂岩,采用综采放顶煤开采工艺。因保护层开采保护效果不明显,目前采用定向顺层钻孔预抽工作面区段煤层瓦斯与高位顶板走向定向钻孔抽采采空区卸压瓦斯相结合的立体瓦斯治理方式,同时对顶板高位钻孔布孔方式进行优化,增大了高位钻孔有效长度,解决了工作面初采初放期间及上隅角瓦斯较大的问题,确保了工作面安全高效回采。
Yushutian Coal Mine currently mines lower 4 and lower 5 coal seams of Taliqike formation of Lower Jurassic,of which the average thickness of lower 5 coal seam is 9.5 m,and the roof of the coal seam is hard and thick layered sandstone.The fully-mechanized top coal caving mining technology is adopted.Because the mining protection effect of damaged protective layer is not obvious,at present,the three-dimensional gas treatment method of combination of directional bedding drilling pre-drainage of coal seam gas in the working face section and directional drilling of high roof strike to extract pressure relief gas in the goaf is adopted.At the same time,the hole layout method of high roof drilling is optimized to increase effective length of high-level drilling.The problem of large gas in the initial mining and drainage period and the upper corner of working face is solved,and the safe and efficient mining of working face is ensured.
