摘要
马道头矿北二盘区3号层N2206皮带顺槽过DF112断层破碎带期间容易出现顶板冒落问题,给巷道掘进以及后续使用安全带来较大威胁。在分析现场地质条件基础上,通过矿井技术论证,提出采用密集超前钢管对断层破碎带岩体进行控制,并使用锚网索及钢带对围岩进行支护。依据现场实际情况对断层破碎带围岩支护参数进行设计。现场应用后,巷道过DF112断层破碎带期间未出现顶板冒落问题,同时围岩变形量较低,可满足后续巷道掘进以及使用需要。
The N2206 belt conveyor roadway on the 3#layer of the North Second Panel of the Madaotou Mine is prone to roof fall when it passes through the DF112 fault fracture zone,which poses a greater threat to the safety of roadway excavation and subsequent use.On the basis of analyzing the geological conditions of the site,through the mine technology demonstration,it is proposed to use dense advanced steel pipes to control the rock mass in the fault fracture zone,and to use the anchor mesh cable and steel belt to support the surrounding rock.According to the actual situation of the site,the supporting parameters of the surrounding rock in the fault fracture zone are designed.After the on-site application,no roof falling problem occurred when the roadway passed through the DF112 fault fracture zone,and the deformation of the surrounding rock was low,which can meet the needs of subsequent roadway excavation and use.
