摘要
水力旋流器主要应用于中线式和下游式尾矿坝,在上游式筑坝中应用不多。本文根据其分级特性,以国内某尾矿库为例,研究旋流器底流筑子坝在上游式尾矿坝中的应用,提出"旋流器底流筑子坝、旋流器溢流和其余未接旋流器的尾矿支管沿沉积滩前均匀分散放矿"的上游式尾矿坝筑坝新方法。本文研究成果可为水力旋流器在选矿厂相关领域的应用提供参考。
Hydrocyclones are mainly used in midline and downstream tailing dams, and are not much used in upstream dam construction.According to its classification characteristics, a domestic tailing dam is used as an example to study the application of constructing sub-dam by hydrocyclone bottom stream on upstream tailing dam, and a new method of con stru cting upstream tailing dams of “hydrocyclone underflow constructed sub-dam, hydrocyclone overflow and other tailing branch pipes without hydrocyclone evenly dispersed along the front of sedimentary beach” is proposed.The results can provide references for the application of hydrocyclone in the related field of dressing plant.
