复方中草药对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和免疫器官指数的影响 被引量:21

Effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and immune organ index of broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究复方中草药对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和免疫器官指数的影响。选取120只白羽肉鸡随机分为4组,空白对照组、低剂量添加组、中剂量添加组、高剂量添加组分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%的复方中草药。试验期35 d。结果显示:复方中草药低剂量添加组肉鸡的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);复方中草药中剂量添加组、高剂量添加组肉鸡的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、屠宰率、半净膛率、胸肌率、红度(a*值)、pH值、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),滴水损失率、烹煮损失率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);复方中草药高剂量添加组肉鸡的半净膛率、脾脏指数显著高于中剂量添加组(P<0.05)。研究表明,肉鸡基础日粮中添加0.10%和0.20%的复方中草药能够显著改善肉鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和免疫器官指数;0.20%的复方中草药添加剂量的作用效果最佳。 The experiment was to study the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance,slaughter performance, meat quality and immune organ index of broilers. 120 white feather broilers were randomly divided into four groups. The blank control group, low-dose addition group, medium-dose addition group and high-dose addition group were added with 0, 0.05%, 0.10% and 0.20% compound Chinese herbal medicine in basic diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 35 d. The results showed that the average daily gain of broilers in low-dose addition group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The final weight, average daily gain, average daily feed intake,slaughter rate, half net carcass rate, pectoral muscle rate, redness(a* value), pH value, spleen index, thymus index and bursa index of medium-dose addition group and high-dose addition group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05), and the drip loss rate and cooking loss rate were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The half net carcass rate and spleen index of high-dose addition group were significantly higher than those of mediumdose addition group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the addition of 0.10% and 0.20% compound Chinese herbal medicine to basic diet of broilers can significantly improve growth performance, slaughter performance, meat quality and immune organ index of broilers. The dosage of 0.20% of compound Chinese herbal medicine has the best effect.
