摘要
《煤中全水分的测定方法》(GB/T 211-2017)中方法B2规定了烟煤烘干时间为2 h,在工作中经常性遇到检验性干燥不合格的情况。为了找出更加合理的烘干时间,设计了一系列的试验,通过对不同煤种延长烘干时间,结果对比证明,烟煤样品烘干2.5 h时的结果,检查性干燥合格率得到提升,可以替代国标规定的2 h烘干结果。
Method B2 in the method for the determination of total moisture in coal (GB / T 211-2017) stipulates that the drying time of bituminous coal is 2 h,and the unqualified inspection drying is often encountered in the work.In order to find out a more reasonable drying time,a series of tests are designed.By prolonging the drying time for different coals,the results show that the qualified rate of inspection drying is improved when the bituminous coal samples are dried for 2.5 h,which can replace the 2 h drying results specified in the national standard.
