摘要
为解决多中继线圈无线电能传输(WPT)系统中存在的交叉耦合问题,这里设计了一组磁交叉解耦的线圈结构,在多级中继线圈中插入一层特殊的屏蔽材料,以抑制非相邻线圈的耦合,同时保持相邻线圈间耦合较强。进一步地,选取LCC-Multi-S型拓扑,分析了交叉解耦双中继系统的频率特性、输出特性及负载特性,仿真和实验验证了这种交叉解耦线圈结构的有效性,抑制了频率漂移,提升了系统效率和稳定性。
In order to solve the cross-coupling problem in the multi relay wireless power transfer(WPT) system,a kind of magnetic cross-decoupling coils structure is designed.A layer of special shielding material is inserted into the multi relay coils to suppress the coupling of non-adjacent coils and keep the coupling between adjacent coils unchanged.Furthermore,LCC-Multi-S topology is selected to analyze the frequency characteristics,output characteristics and load characteristics of the cross-decoupling dual relay system.Simulation and experiment verify the effectiveness of the crossdecoupling coil structure,which can restrain the frequency drift and improve the efficiency and stability of the system.
