不同光窗激光点火器耐压性能模拟及发火试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究不同光窗材料激光点火器耐压性能及对激光点火器发火功率的影响,得到适用于激光点火器最佳光窗材料。通过ANSYS仿真软件建立光学窗口式激光点火器模型,研究蓝宝石、石英玻璃和K9玻璃3种光窗材料对不同光窗厚度下光窗应力和应变的影响,并搭建激光点火系统进行点火试验,测试其发火功率。结果表明:光窗越厚,耐压性能越好。蓝宝石耐压性能优于K9玻璃和石英玻璃,3种光窗厚度为1.5 mm时激光点火器平均发火功率分别为12.69 W、5.08 W和4.88 W。石英玻璃满足低能发火、耐压性能和成本低的要求,为最佳光窗材料。 In order to explore the pressure resistance performance of laser igniter with different optical window materials and their influence on the ignition power of laser igniter,we obtained the best optical window material for laser igniter.Through the ANSYS simulation software,the model of optical window laser igniter was established and further had a study of the influence of different window thickness on the stress and strain of optical window of sapphire,quartz glass and K9 glass,and the laser pyrotechnics system was built to test the ignition power.The results show that the thicker the window,the better the pressure resistance.The sapphire has better pressure resistance than K9 glass and quartz glass.When the thickness of three windows is 1.5 mm,the average firing power of laser igniter respectivelyis 12.69 W,5.08 W and 4.88 W.Considering that quartz glass meets the requirements of low energy ignition,low pressure resistance and low cost,it is the best material for opticalwindow.
