摘要
建立了采用全自动电位滴定法测定钒铁中钒含量的方法。采用硝酸、硫酸溶解钒铁样品;对全自动电位滴定仪滴定模式的选择及滴定参数进行优化,实现了钒铁中钒含量的全自动电位滴定分析。精密度和准确度试验表明,该方法操作简单、快速、准确,相对标准偏差为0.18%(n=11),能满足实际分析之要求。
A method for the determination of vanadium content in ferrovanadium alloy by automatic potentiometric titration is proposed.The sample is dissolved with nitric acid and sulfuric acid.Through the choice of determination of the parameters including the titration speed,the standard solution addition way,the method for the determination of vanadium content in ferrovanadium alloy by automatic potentiometric titration is established.The method is fast,simple and accurate.The relative standard deviation is 0.18%(n=11).It can meet the requirements of practical analysis.
