摘要
目的:观察双歧四联活菌联合西替利嗪治疗小儿湿疹的临床效果与应用价值分析。方法:选取我院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的小儿湿疹患儿134例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各67例患儿,其中接受西替利嗪治疗的为对照组,接受双歧四联活菌联合西替利嗪治疗的为研究组。比较两组患儿在治疗前及治疗后的免疫指标、肠道菌群指标,判定临床效果及随访15个月复发情况。结果:两组患儿在治疗后机体免疫指标水平较治疗前明显的升高,研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,且复发率远低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿湿疹的治疗中,以双歧四联活菌联合西替利嗪治疗,可明显提升患儿的机体免疫能力,获得较好的临床治疗效果,并降低复发率,效果理想。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and application value of Bifidobacterium tetralogy combined with cetirizine in the treatment of infantile eczema.Methods:A total of 134 children with infantile eczema admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 67 cases in each group.The control group were treated with cetirizine,and the study group were treated with Bifidobacterium tetralogy combined with cetirizine.The immune indexes and intestinal flora indexes of children in the two groups before and after treatment were compared to determine the clinical effect and recurrence after 15 months of follow-up.Results:After treatment,the immune indexes of children in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was much lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of infantile eczema,Bifidobacterium tetralogy combined with cetirizine can significantly improve the immune competence of children,obtain better clinical treatment effect,and reduce the recurrence rate,the effect is ideal.
