摘要
无线电能传输(WPT)系统在实际应用过程中,收发侧线圈经常会不可避免的面临偏移工况,这会导致输出功率剧烈波动从而造成系统的不正常工作。针对此现象,提出了一种单调谐因子的PSS型WPT系统,该方法通过选定合适的补偿电容基准值和调谐因子对发射侧补偿网络电路进行抗偏移优化设计,使得WPT系统能在较大的线圈偏移范围内依然保持输出功率的相对稳定,同时研究了系统发射线圈电流的自调节情况,并分析其对维持输出功率稳定的作用机理。最后,设计出一台95W的功率样机对所提出的单调谐因子PSS型WPT系统进行实验验证,实验结果表明,该实验样机能在线圈最大偏移量小于40%的范围内,实现系统输出功率波动率小于9.89%,同时最大整机效率达到90.7%。
In the practical application of wireless power transmission(WPT)system,the coil on the receiving and transmitting side will inevitably face the coil's offset condition,which will lead to the violent fluctuation of output pow-er and cause the abnormal operation of the system.In view of this phenomenon,a PSS type WPT system with single tuning factor is proposed.By selecting the appropriate compensation capacitor reference value and tuning factor,this method optimizes the anti-offset design of the compensation network circuit at the transmitting side,so that the output power of the WPT system can remain relatively stable in a large range of coil offset.The adaptive condition of the transmitting coil current is analyzed,and the mechanism of maintaining the output power stability is analyzed.Finally,a 95 W power prototype is designed to verify the proposed single tuning factor PSS WPT system.The experimental results show that the experimental prototype can achieve the system output power fluctuation rate less than 9.89%and the maximum overall efficiency up to 90.7%when the maximum coil offset is less than 40%.
