摘要
对民用飞机装配生产线工装的总体情况进行了介绍,并对工装产能的评估进行了研究。在研究中,建立民用飞机装配生产线工装产能评估数学模型,对现有工装产能及扩充需求进行测算、评估,同时实现工装产能的量化评估,为工装资源的合理配备提供了重要依据。
The overall situation of the tooling of the assembly line of civil aircraft was introduced,and the evaluation of the tooling capacity was studied.In the research,a mathematical model for the evaluation of the tooling capacity of the assembly line of civil aircraft was established to calculate and evaluate the existing tooling capacity and expansion requirement.At the same time,the quantitative evaluation of the tooling capacity was realized,which provided an important basis for the reasonable allocation of the tooling resource.
