摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心采用微信群在“一院两区”过渡期灭菌包供应中的正确性和及时性。方法选取2021年1月至6月灭菌包1000个,按照操作方法的不同分为试验组与对照组,每组500个;试验组为采用微信群对“一院两区”过渡期供应的灭菌包,对照组为未采用微信群供应的灭菌包。比较两组灭菌包供应的正确性和及时性;向临床科室发放电子问卷进行满意度调查并对比结果。结果试验组灭菌包正确性和及时性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微信群对“一院两区”过渡期的灭菌包供应进行管理,供应的灭菌包的正确性和及时性显著提高,临床服务满意度明显提升。
Objective To explore the validity and timeliness of the use of wechat group in the sterilization supply center during the transition period of“one hospital and two districts”.Methods 1000 sterilizing kits were selected from January to June 2021,500 in each group,and divided into experimental group and control group according to different operation methods.The experimental group was concerned with the correctness and timeliness of the sterilization kits supplied in the transitional period of“One hospital and two districts”by using wechat group,while the control group was concerned with the correctness and timeliness of the sterilization kits supplied in the transitional period of“one hospital and two districts”without using wechat group.The correctness and timeliness of the sterilization kits supplied by the two methods were compared.The electronic questionnaire of clinical department satisfaction was issued to compare the satisfaction.Results The correctness and timeliness of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical service satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through wechat group management of the supply of sterilization kits in the transitional period of“One hospital and two districts”,the accuracy and timeliness of the supplied sterilization kits were significantly improved,and clinical service satisfaction was significantly improved.
