聚酰亚胺/间位芳纶短纤包芯纱工艺设计及性能测试 被引量:1

Process design and propery test of polyimide/meta aramid staple core spun yarn

摘要 为了提高聚酰亚胺/间位芳纶混纺纱的阻燃、耐高温及物理机械性能,采用两步法,通过反向加捻制备以聚酰亚胺短纤纱线为芯纱、以间位芳纶为包覆纱的包芯纱。将包芯纱制成面密度为210g/m^(2)的右斜纹织物,通过和同规格的聚酰亚胺/间位芳纶均匀混纺纱线制备的织物进行比较发现:包芯纱制备的面料具有更小的损毁长度、更好的高温尺寸稳定性以及更大的撕破强力和断裂强力;当芯纱质量低于30%时,聚酰亚胺芯纱能够被很好包裹,不会显露在外,规.避了聚酰亚胺难以染色的问题。 In order to improve the flame retardant,high temperature resistance and physical and mechanical properties of the polyimide/meta aramid blended yarn,the core spun yarn with polyimide as the core yarn and meta aramid as the coated yarn is prepared by two-step method by using reverse twisting.The core spun yarn is then made into a right twill fabric of 210 g/m^(2).The flame retardant,high temperature resistance and physical and mechanical properties of the fabric of the same specification prepared with the same proportion of polyimide/meta aramid blended yarn are compared and tested.The results show that the fabrics prepared by the core spun yarn have smaller damage length,betterdimensional stability at high temperature,and greater tear strength and breaking strength.When the proportion of core yarn is less than 30%,the polyimide core yarn could be well wrapped and will not be exposed,which can avoid the problem that polyimide is difficult to dye.
