摘要
带式输送机系统是散货码头的重要组成部分,而感应电机作为最重要的驱动组成,其运行效率不高,导致了电力能源的浪费。本文从感应电机转子磁场定向角度出发,建立了一种考虑铁损的感应电机新模型,并提出了最大效率矢量控制策略。通过检测或估计电机的电流信号,使得电机运行于最优效率点,从而提高带式输送机系统的整体效率。最后仿真模拟了该控制方法对电机运行的影响,结果发现,考虑铁损的感应电机最大效率矢量控制策略能更加有效的降低损耗,提高运行效率。
Belt conveyor system is an important part of bulk cargo terminal, and induction motor, as the most important driving component, its operation efficiency is not high, which leads to the waste of electric energy. In this paper, from the perspective of rotor field orientation of induction motor, a new model of induction motor considering core loss is established, and the maximum efficiency vector control strategy is proposed. By detecting or estimating the current signal of the motor, the motor can run at the optimal efficiency point, so as to improve the overall efficiency of the belt conveyor system. Finally, the influence of the control method on the motor operation is simulated. The results show that the maximum efficiency vector control strategy of induction motor considering core loss can more effectively reduce the loss and improve the operation efficiency.
