摘要
随着板桩码头的不断推广,地连墙露筋问题也不断的暴露出来,特别是当地连墙作为主体结构使用时,地连墙露筋可能成为制约结构安全和稳定的关键因素。为了确保地连墙的施工质量,以作为板桩码头主体结构的地连墙为依托,以水下灌注混凝土为研究对象,提出水下灌注混凝土湍流和层流底层的概念,分析了地连墙露筋的主要影响因素,并提出相应确保地连墙墙体厚度的措施,对类似工程的施工和研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
The constant promotion of sheet-piled berth structure results in continuous occurrence of such problem as re-bars in diaphragm concrete wall exposing to air. Especially when the diaphragm concrete wall is used as the main structure, the above exposed re-bars may become a key factor against safe and stable structure. In order to ensure the quality of diaphragm wall construction, underwater concrete pouring construction is studied subject to diaphragm wall serving as the main structure of sheet-piled berth, which produces the concept of turbulence and laminar sub-layer, main causes for the exposed re-bars of diaphragm wall, and the countermeasures that guarantee the thickness of diaphragm wall. The research has a certain reference for similar projects.
