非剥脱性点阵激光联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的讨论非剥脱性点阵激光配合氨甲环酸对于黄褐斑效果的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2020年12月我院黄褐斑患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组(n=50)和单一组(n=50),单一组使用非剥脱性点阵激光,联合组在单一组的基础上使用氨甲环酸。对比2组疗效、皮损指标(皮损面积评分、皮损颜色评分)、黄褐斑面积及严重程度评分(MASI)、整体评价评分(PGA)、血清指标[促黑素(MSH)、环氧化酶(COX-2)]、性激素[黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]变化。结果联合组总有效率92.00%(46/50)较高于单一组62.00%(31/50)(P<0.05);与单一组比较,治疗后2个月联合组皮损面积、颜色评分均降低(P<0.05);与单一组比较,治疗后2个月联合组MASI指数低,且PGA指数高(P<0.05);与单一组比较,治疗后2个月联合组MSH、COX-2含量低(P<0.05);与单一组比较,治疗后2个月联合组FSH、LH含量低(P<0.05)。结论非剥脱性点阵激光配合氨甲环酸对于黄褐斑患者能够加强疗效,能调节激素和血清指标表达,显著改善皮损和黄褐斑情况。 Objective To discuss the effect of non exfoliative lattice laser combined with tranexamic acid on chloasma.Methods 100 patients with Chloasma in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into combined group(n=50)and single group(n=50).The single group used non exfoliative dot matrix laser,and the combined group used tranexamic acid on the basis of the single group.The curative effect,lesion index(lesion area score,lesion color score),melasma area and severity score(Masi),overall evaluation score(PGA),serum index[melanocyte stimulating hormone(MSH),cyclooxygenase(COX-2)],sex hormone[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 92.00%(46/50)higher than that of the single group 62.00%(31/50)(P<0.05);Compared with the single group,the lesion area and color score in the combined group decreased 2 months after treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the single group,the Masi index of the combined group was lower and the PGA index was higher 2 months after treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the single group,the contents of MSH and COX-2 in the combined group were lower 2 months after treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the single group,the contents of FSH and LH in the combined group were lower 2 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Non exfoliative dot matrix laser combined with tranexamic acid can enhance the curative effect in patients with chloasma,regulate the expression of hormones and serum indexes,and significantly improve the condition of skin lesions and chloasma.
