摘要
高等职业教育肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才的使命,高职教学课程必须彰显六个方面的特征,即职业岗位群能力要求、职业培养目标、职业项目驱动、职业实训设施设备、理论实践一体化、过程性评价,以一个有机整体的形式贯穿于人才培养的全过程。高职英语+专业“六位一体”教学模式符合教育部对高职高专学生提出的培养目标和要求,有针对性地提升了学生的工作岗位能力契合度,促进了职业教育树立正确的质量观,促进了职业院校加强学校自身的实训室建设,促进了高等职业教育在提升学生职业能力方面的理论和实践研究。
Higher vocational education shoulders the mission of training talents for the first line of production,construction,service and management.Higher vocational curriculum must reveal the characteristics of the six aspects,namely the capacity requirements of professional group,professional cultivation objectives,professional project driven,professional training equipment,integration of theory and practice,and process evaluation.The"six-in-one"teaching mode of English+major conforms to the training objectives and requirements proposed by the Ministry of Education for higher vocational college students,improves the fit degree of students'job competence,promotes the establishment of correct quality concept,and promotes vocational colleges to strengthen the construction of their own training rooms.It also promotes the theoretical and practical research on improving students'professional ability in higher vocational education.
