摘要
"美丽中国"之社会建设中提到,食品安全问题是影响我们最严重的十大问题之一,食品安全是建设美丽中国的必然要求。针对当前食品安全现状及食品等专业学生就业初期频繁跳槽等问题,提出食品及相关专业在校大学生掌握ISO22000食品安全质量管理体系的重要性,并对食品及相关专业学生开展ISO22000食品安全管理体系知识传授的实施方法进行了探索,试图为解决目前食品等相关专业大学生就业难、就业初期频繁跳槽等问题,并能改善中国食品安全现状找到一个有效的方法。结果证明,该方法能明显提高食品及相关专业大学生的安全意识、解决食品安全问题的综合能力及就业竞争率,但仍需进一步探索和完善。
The social construction of Beautiful China mentioned that food safety issue was one of the ten most serious problems affecting us,and food safety was an inevitable requirement for the construction of Beautiful China. In view of the current situation of food safety and the frequent job-hopping of food and other majors in the early days of employment,we proposed the importance of mastering ISO22000 for college students in food and related majors. We also explored the implementation methods for the knowledge transfer of ISO22000,trying to find a way to solve the current problems of food and other related majors in employment,frequent job-hopping in the early stages of employment,and find a way to improve the current situation of food safety in China. The results showed that it could significantly improve the safety awareness of college students in food and related majors,the comprehensive ability to solve food safety problems, and the employment competition rate. But it still needs further exploration and improvement.
