摘要
以硫氧镁水泥为基本体系,研究了生土材料、碳酸钙粉、细木屑、PVA纤维掺量对硫氧镁水泥性能的影响。结果表明,生土材料低掺量时,有利于提高材料的抗折强度,掺量超过30%后,抗折强度低于等掺量碳酸钙粉的试件,但是,抗压强度皆高于等掺量碳酸钙粉的试件。细木屑掺量与试件抗压强度﹑试件密度呈负相关性,掺量越大,密度越小,强度越低,在PVA纤维掺量为0至1.2%的范围内,随PVA纤维掺量的增加,抗折强度持续增长,抗压强度呈先提高后降低的趋势优化配合比m(Mgo);m(生土材料):m(细木屑):m(PVA纤维):m(增强改性剂):m(抗水改性剂):m(硫酸镁溶液)为100:50.20:1.0:1.5:1.5:115时,生产的生土基硫氧镁水泥生态防火板兼具防火、防水、轻质高强、零甲醛、低碳节能、绿色环保等优点,符合国家标准GB/T 33544—2017《玻镁平板》指标要求,同时也满足工程使用要求。
Using magnesium oxysulfide cement as the basic system,the effects of raw soil materials,calcium car bonate powder,wood chips and PVA fiber content on the properties of magnesium oxysulfide cement were studied.The results show that it is beneficial to improve the flexural strength of the material when the content of raw soil material is low.When the content is more than 30%,the flexural strength is lower than that of the sample with equal content of calcium carbonate powder,but the compressive strength is higher.The amount of fine sawdust is negatively correlated with the compressive strength and density of the specimen.The larger the amount,the lower the density and strength.With the increase of PVA fiber content,the flexural strength continues to increase,and the compressive strength Increase first and then decrease.When m(MgO):m(raw soil material):m(fine sawdust):m(PVA fiber):m(reinforcement modifier):m(water-resistant modifier):m(magnesium sulfate solution)is 100:50:20:1.0:1.5:1.5:115,the raw soil based magnesium oxysulfide cement ecological fireproof board has the advantages of fire prevention,waterproof,light weight and high strength,zero formaldehyde,low carbon and energy saving,green environmental protection,which meets the national standard GB/T 33544-2017 glass magnesium plate index requirements,and also meets the engineering use requirements.
