摘要
目的:研究128层螺旋CT全脑灌注成像在脑肿瘤诊断中的方法与效果。方法:在本院2016年12月~2019年12月收治的脑肿瘤患者中选择较为合适的62例,所有患者均进行128层螺旋CT全脑灌注成像操作,比较发生脑肿瘤一侧与对侧正常组织的血流量以及表面通透性等参数值,并对图像视觉评分情况进行统计分析。结果:全脑灌注图像的视觉评分明显高于单纯轴位灌注图像的视觉评分,脑肿瘤侧的血流量及毛细血管表面通透性参数值明显高于对侧的正常组织,且对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑肿瘤患者进行128层螺旋CT全脑灌注成像,可以更为准确对脑血流灌注情况进行评估,能有效提高医务人员对脑肿瘤位置与状态的判断能力。
Objective:To study the method and effect of 128-slice spiral CT whole-brain perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of brain tumor.Methods:In our hospital between December 2016 and December 2019 were choose the suitable of 62 cases of brain tumor patients,all patients were performed 128 layer spiral CT cerebral perfusion imaging operation,comparing occur on one side of the brain and the contralateral normal tissue blood flow and surface permeability parameter values,and statistical analysis of image visual grading.Results:The visual score of the whole-brain perfusion image was significantly higher than that of the simple axial perfusion image,and the blood flow and capillary surface permeability parameters on the side of the brain tumor were significantly higher than that of the normal tissue on the other side,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:128-slice spiral CT whole-brain perfusion imaging for brain tumor patients can more accurately evaluate cerebral blood flow perfusion,and can effectively improve the ability of medical staff to judge the location and status of brain tumors.
