摘要
作为一种可替换人工纤维和矿物纤维的绿色改良材料,剑麻纤维具有无污染、便于取材及性能良好等特性。为更加全面地了解剑麻纤维混凝土(Sisal Fiber Concrete,SFC)的性能,本文进行不同体积掺量SFC抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及抗折强度性能试验,分析得出剑麻纤维的最佳掺量,同时探究最佳掺量范围内SFC的抗冲击性能。结果表明:剑麻纤维有利于增强混凝土劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度,并且当剑麻纤维掺量为0.45%时,增幅最大,分别为19.08%和14.67%,其抗压强度也相应提升到2.53%;与素混凝土相比,SFC抗冲击性能有一定增强,当在最佳含量范围内,其抗冲击能量差最大可达到素混凝土的8.5倍。
Sisal fiber is a kind of green improved material which can replace artificial fiber and mineral fiber.Sisal fiber has the characteristics of no pollution,easy to use and good performance.In order to better understand the properties of sisal fiber concrete,this paper carried out compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength tests of sisal fiber concrete with different volume dosage,analyzed the optimal dosage of sisal fiber,and explored the impact resistance of sisal fiber concrete within the optimal dosage range.The results show that sisal fiber can enhance the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete,and when sisal fiber content is 0.45%,the increase rate is 19.08%and 14.67%,respectively,and the compressive strength of sisal fiber is also increased to 2.53%.Compared with plain concrete,sisal fiber concrete has a certain enhancement of impact resistance.Within the optimal content range,its impact resistance energy difference is up to 8.5 times of plain concrete.
