加味右归丸对股骨颈骨质疏松性骨折肾阳虚型患者BMP-2、bFGF、β-EP及骨代谢的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨加味右归丸在股骨颈骨质疏松性骨折行髋关节置换术患者(肾阳虚型)治疗中的应用价值。方法:所有肾阳虚型股骨颈骨质疏松性骨折患者均于2017年11月至2020年1月在我院就诊并行髋关节置换术治疗,纳入研究前对96例患者均行随机分组。对照组48例患者术后采用西医常规治疗,观察组48例联合加味右归丸治疗,治疗4周后比较疗效。结果:治疗后观察组血清骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)、血清骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)高于对照组,血栓素B2(TXB2)、血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、D二聚体(D-D)改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率95.83%,高于对照组的79.17%(P<0.05)。结论:对于股骨颈骨质疏松性骨折行髋关节置换术患者(肾阳虚型)而言,联合加味右归丸有助于改善术后高凝状态,调节骨代谢,提高临床疗效。
