基于智能复合镀膜设备的控制系统设计

Design of Control System Based on Intelligent Composite Coating Equipment

摘要 本文结合复合镀膜设备及镀膜工艺特点,详细分析了复合镀膜设备镀膜工艺流程以及过程中容易产生能耗和污染的问题。并在此基础上,根据设备真空系统、工装和水冷系统、控制系统以及设备各个源的协同作用进行了系统设计,通过PLC和Lab VIEW软件协同设计和实现了智能复合镀膜设备自动控制系统,以保证镀膜设备和工艺生产的稳定性及可靠性,从而提高镀膜产品的质量,节约能源,减少对大自然的污染物排放量。节能对比试验表明,与普通设备相比,智能复合镀膜设备一次抽真空过程就节约了电能约25k W·h,该智能复合镀膜设备控制系统能够很好地降低能耗和污染。 Combining the characteristics of composite coating equipment and coating process,this paper analyzes the process flow of composite coating equipment and the problems of energy consumption and pollution in the process in detail.On this basis,according to the vacuum system of equipment,work and water cooling system,control system and the synergy of each source of equipment,the intelligent composite coating equipment automatic control system is designed and realized using PLC and LabVIEW software collaboratively to ensure the stability and reliability of the coating equipment and process production,so as to improve the quality of coated products,save energy and reduce the pollution emissions to nature.The energy-saving comparison tests show that compared with ordinary equipment,the intelligent composite coating equipment saves about 25 kW·h in one vacuuming process,the intelligent composite coating equipment control system designed in this paper can reduce energy consumption and pollution very well.
