摘要
采煤机截割电机常见故障有轴承落架、密封不严、润滑脂失效等,这些故障将会导致电机绝缘下降、出力不足,严重时导致电机匝间短路等电气故障。针对各类型的故障,给出了相应的预防措施,以提高采煤机的维修技能及管理效率。
The common faults of coal mining machine cut-off motor include bearing falling frame, poor sealing, grease failure, etc. These faults will lead to the motor insulation decline, insufficient power output, and serious electrical faults such as motor turn-to-turn short circuit. For each type of fault, corresponding preventive measures are given to improve the maintenance skills and management efficiency of the coal mining machine.
