不同剂量盐摄入量对孕妇碘营养和甲状腺功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量的盐摄入量对孕妇碘营养和甲状腺功能的影响。方法选择2019年8月~2020年10月本地区低盐低油饮食90例孕妇(A组)与高盐高油饮食90例孕妇(B组)作为研究对象,调查两组的尿碘与碘摄入量,检测其甲状腺功能并进行相关性分析。结果两组的年龄、孕前体重指数、孕周、孕次、产次等对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组的尿碘与碘摄入量高于A组(P<0.05)。A组的血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))水平高于B组(P<0.05),促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平低于B组(P<0.05),两组甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在180例孕妇中,Pearson分析显示FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH与尿碘、碘摄入量都存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论不同剂量的盐摄入量与孕妇的碘营养和甲状腺功能存在相关性,要积极重视孕期的碘营养监测,预防碘过量与缺乏的发生,从而保障母婴健康。 Objective To explore and analysis the iodine nutrition and thyroid function of pregnant women with different dosage of Ssalt intake.Methods From August 2019 to October 2020,90 cases of pregnant women in a certain area of low-salt and low-oil diet(A group)and 90 cases of pregnant women in a certain area of high-salt and high-oil diet(B group)were selected as the research objects.All the cases were to investigate the urinary iodine and iodine intake of the two groups,tested the thyroid function and given correlation analysis.Results There were no significant difference compared between the two groups in age,pre-pregnancy body mass index,gestational age,gestation times,parity,etc.(P>0.05).The urinary iodine and iodine intake of the B group were higher than those of the A group(P<0.05).The serum free triiodothyronine(FT_(3))and free thyroxine(FT_(4))levels in the A group were higher than those in the B group(P<0.05),and the thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)level were lower than that in the B group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the level of thyroglobulin(Tg)compared between the two groups(P>0.05).In the 180 pregnant women,Pearson analysis showed that FT_(3),FT_(4),TSH were correlated with urine iodine and iodine intake(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between iodine nutrition and thyroid function of pregnant women with different dosage of Ssalt intake.Active attention should be paid to the monitoring of iodine nutrition during pregnancy to prevent the occurrence of iodine excess and deficiency,so as to protect the health of mothers and babies.
