Objective To investigate the specificity, sensitivity and coincidence rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in the qualitative diagnosis of liver focal lesions. Methods A total of 150 patients with liver focal lesions who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 enrolled in the study. All the patients were confirmed by surgery and pathology, who underwent conventional ultrasound examination and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)diagnosis. The results of the two different diagnostic methods were observed and compared. Results The total coincidence rate of CEUS diagnosis was 92%,which was significantly higher than that(73.33%)by conventional ultrasonography(P<0.05).The coincidence rates of benign and malignant lesions diagnosed by CEUS were 94.12%and 89.23%,which were significantly higher than those(71.76%and 75.38%)by conventional ultrasound(P<0.05).The accuracy, specificity, sensitivity and positive and negative predictive values of CEUS diagnosis were significantly better than those by conventional ultrasound diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy and specificity of CEUS are superior to those by conventional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of liver focal lesions, and in the aspects of pathological types, and coincidence rates of benign and malignant lesions, therefore, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
