同步脱敏治疗对抗蛇毒血清过敏患者凝血功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究同步脱敏治疗对抗蛇毒血清过敏患者凝血功能的影响。方法随机从广东省湛江中心人民医院2018年6月—2019年5月收治的蛇伤患者中选取60名进行研究,根据入院顺序及蛇毒种类随机分为传统脱敏治疗组(n=30)和分段脱敏注射法治疗组(n=30),检测患者治疗前、治疗后的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活血部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),以及患者血栓弹力图(TEG)。结果患者在经过治疗后PT、APTT时间恢复或接近到正常范围,且TEG各项参数也回到正常范围。患者治疗前后PT、APTT时间以及TEG各项参数对比(P<0.05)。结论同步脱敏治疗对抗蛇毒血清过敏患者的凝血功能具有良好的治愈效果都能使患者的PT、APTT时间及TEG各项参数接近或回复到正常范围,治疗效果可能与脱敏治疗的方法有相关性。 Objective to investigate the effect of synchronous desensitization therapy on coagulation function in patients with antivenom allergy.Methods 60 patients with snake injury treated in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into traditional desensitization treatment group(n=30)and segmented desensitization injection treatment group(n=30)according to the admission order and snake venom type.The prothrombin time(PT)and blood activating partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and the patient's thromboelastogram(TEG)before and after treatment were measured.Results After treatment,the patients'PT and APTT time recovered or approached to the normal range,and the TEG parameters also returned to the normal range.Conclusion Synchronous desensitization therapy has a good curative effect on the coagulation function of patients with anti-venom serum allergy,and all the parameters of PT,APTT time and TEG can be close to or return to the normal range.The therapeutic effect may be correlated with the method of desensitization therapy.
