摘要
为研究汽修行业VOCs治理现状特征,选取厦门市汽修行业为研究对象,对企业挥发性有机物VOCs排放特征、治理现况进行探讨,并依据汽修行业废气的风量及VOCs浓度指标分类讨论,提出适用于不同类型废气的处理工艺,调查结果发现目前厦门市汽修行业中大部分企业采用的VOCs处理工艺是以活性炭吸附工艺、UV光催化处理技术为主或者两者与其他技术的组合工艺,处理效率可达排放标准。
In order to study the current characteristics of VOCs treatment in the auto repair industry, the auto repair industry in Xiamen was selected as the research object, and the characteristics of VOCs emission and the current situation of treatment were discussed, and the air volume and VOCs concentration index of the auto repair industry were classified and discussed, and the treatment processes applicable to different types of exhaust gases were proposed. VOCs treatment process was based on activated carbon adsorption process, UV photocatalytic treatment technology or a combination of both and other technologies, and the treatment efficiency can reach the emission standard.
