黄土地区高速公路改良土路床施工质量控制研究

摘要 以甘肃陇东黄土地区多条在建高速公路路床施工为依托,通过现场调研,从改良土拌合工艺选择、改良土路床对路面结构层的影响、路床验收弯沉控制等环节提出质量控制措施。结果表明,水泥改良土应采用路拌法工艺,而石灰改良土选择路拌法或厂拌法均不影响施工质量;水泥改良土作为路床时,为避免路床裂缝反射至路面结构层,建议将成型路床放置至少30d后再进行上部水稳层铺筑。改良土路床顶面的验收弯沉值,建议按照120(0.01mm)控制。 Based on the roadbed of expressways under construction in Longdong loess area of Gansu, through on-site investigation, quality control measures are put forward from the aspects of the selection of improved soil mixing process,the impact of improved soil roadbed on pavement structure layer and the roadbed acceptance deflection control. The results show that the road mixing process should be adopted for cement-improved soil, while the selection of road mixing or plant mixing for lime-improved soil do not affect the construction quality. When the cement-improved soil is selected for roadbed, in order to prevent the roadbed cracks from reflecting to the pavement structure layer, it is recommended to place the formed roadbed for at least 30 days before paving the upper water-stable layer. The acceptance deflection value of the top surface of the improved soil roadbed is recommended to be controlled in accordance with 120(0.01 mm).
