摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环在缩短复合手术室手术准备时间管理中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年7月-2019年6月在滨州医学院附属医院复合手术室开展心外手术的60例患者的临床资料,将其设为对照组。2019年7-9月本院进行PDCA整改,找出在复合手术室遇到临床实际工作中的问题,并对在复合手术室工作流程进行持续改进,形成规范化工作流程,进行PDCA循环管理后,2019年10月-2020年6月在复合手术室开展心外手术的46例患者的临床资料,将其设为观察组。比较两组复合手术室手术准备时间。结果:对照组心脏外科在复合手术间的手术准备总时间为(74.80±13.94)min,长于观察组的(49.93±6.27)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环管理模式有助于缩短复合手术室手术准备时间,提高手术室工作效率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle shortening operation preparation time management in compound operating room.Method:The clinical data of 60 patients undergoing extracardiac surgery in the compound operating room of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,they were included in the control group.From July to September 2019,our hospital carried out PDCA rectification,identified the problems encountered in clinical practice in the compound operating room,and continued to improve the working process in the compound operating room,forming a standardized working process.After the PDCA cycle management,clinical data of 46 patients undergoing extracardiac surgery in compound operating room from October 2019 to June 2020 were included in the observation group.Operation preparation time in compound operating room was compared between the two groups.Result:The total preparation time of heart surgery in the control group was (74.80±13.94) min,which was longer than (49.93±6.27) min in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle management mode is helpful to shorten the preparation time of complex operating room,improve operating room work efficiency.
