摘要
【目的】探明有色地膜对西花蓟马种群数量及番茄斑萎病毒病发生的影响,为烟草番茄斑萎病毒(TSWV)的绿色防控提供理论依据。【方法】采用5点取样法和盘拍法调查黑色、银灰色及银黑色3种地膜处理烟草西花蓟马的种群数量及番茄斑萎病毒病的发生动态。【结果】6月20日至8月10日,银黑色地膜处理烟草上西花蓟马的累计百株虫量为138.67头,显著低于黑色地膜(217.33头)和银灰色地膜(180.00头)处理;6月10日以后,黑色地膜烟田的TSWV发病率和病情指数分别为46.67%和44.07,显著高于银黑色地膜(24.33%和22.78)和银灰色地膜(26.33%和24.33)处理。【结论】银黑色地膜及银灰色地膜均能有效降低烟田TSWV发病率和病情指数,对传毒介体西花蓟马具有明显的趋避作用,银黑色地膜对蓟马的防治效果较银灰色地膜更佳;生产上可采用银黑色地膜覆盖栽培对西花蓟马及烟草番茄斑萎病毒病进行防治。
【Objective】The effects of coloured mulching film on population quantity of Frankliniella occidentalis and occurrence of tomato spotted wilt virus(TSWV) in tobacco are studied to provide the theoretical basis for green control of TSWV in tobacco cultivation.【Method】The population quantity of F. occidentalis and occurrence dynamics of TSWV in tobacco fields respectively treated with black, silver-grey and silver-black mulching films are investigated by the five-point sampling method and the plate-beating method.【Result】The F. occidentalis quantity of the tobacco filed treated with silver-black mulching film is 138.6, which is lower than the black mulching film treatment with 217.33 and the silver-grey mulching film treatment with 180.00 significantly from June 20 to August 10. The TSWV morbidity and disease index of the tobacco field treated with black mulching film are 46.67% and 44.07 respectively, which are higher than 24.33% and 22.78 of the silver-black mulching film treatment and 26.33% and 24.33 of the silver-grey mulching film treatment significantly.【Conclusion】The silver-black and silver-grey mulching films both can reduce TSWV morbidity and disease index in tobacco field effectively and have the obvious deterrent effect on F. occidentalis, a virus transmission vector. The control effect of the silver-black mulching film against F. occidentalis is better than the silver-grey mulching film. The cultivation measure of covering silver-black mulching film in tobacco field should be used to control F. occidentalis and TSWV in tobacco cultivation.
