数字化外科技术在颅颌面修复重建中的应用及进展 被引量:7

Application and progress of digital surgical techniques in cranial and maxillofacial reconstruction

摘要 头颈部肿瘤手术、骨髓炎或严重创伤引起的颅颌面硬组织缺损会在生理和心理上影响患者的生活质量。然而,由于该区域解剖结构的复杂性使得整形外科医生重建面部轮廓和咬合功能恢复成为一个巨大的挑战。数字化技术被应用于颅颌面外科领域已30余年,在颅颌面外伤、肿瘤或先天畸形的诊断、修复重建设计及手术实施等方面进行辅助,提升诊断及治疗的精确性和安全性,使颅颌面修复重建手术日趋个性化。该文拟对各项技术在颅颌面修复重建领域中的应用做一简述和评价,并就其未来发展的趋势进行展望。 The craniomaxillofacial hard tissue defects caused by head neck ablative tumor surgery,osteomyelitis or severe trauma would physiologically and psychologically affect patients’life quality.However,the complexity of this regional anatomy makes it a great challenge for plastic surgeons to reconstruct the facial contour and rehabilitate the occlusion function.Computer-aided surgery has been applied in craniomaxillofacial surgery for over three decades.In almost every field including craniofacial trauma,tumor and acquired deformities,computer-aided technique plays an important role in diagnosis,surgery simulation,individualized manipulation and enhancement of accuracy,safety of treatment.The aim of this review is to describe and comment the application of computer-aided surgery technique in craniomaxillofacial surgery and to give a prospect to future development.
