普通油茶优良无性系有性杂交果实性状变异分析 被引量:7

摘要 为探究普通油茶杂交亲本选配和授粉树配置对果实性状的影响,以4个普通油茶优良无性系为材料,通过不完全双列杂交获得12个组合的杂交果实,分析杂交组合可配性和杂交果实性状变异,估算配合力,探讨杂交果实性状间的相关性。结果表明,以‘闽43’‘闽60’为母本的杂交组合、‘闽50’‘闽54’为父本的杂交组合的平均亲和指数较高。杂交果实性状的变异系数在7.00%~59.58%之间,单果籽粒数变异系数最大,其次是单果鲜籽重,种仁含油率变异系数最小。12号杂交组合在单果鲜籽重、单果鲜籽率和种仁含油率方面均表现较好。除种仁含油率外,杂交果实性状间呈不同程度的相关性。综合杂交组合可配性、果实性状变异、配合力效应值,筛选出‘闽43’和‘闽60’为优良母本,‘闽50’和‘闽54’为优良父本,优良杂交组合为12号(‘闽60’ב闽54’)。 To explore the effects of altering the crossing parents and pollinator tree configuration on Camellia oleifera,four excellent clones were used in this study as experimental materials and 12 combinations of crossing fruits were obtained through incomplete diallel crosses.The compatibility of each crossing combination and the variation in its fruit traits were analyzed,the combining ability each crossing combination was estimated,and the correlations between fruit traits were explored.The female parents‘Min 43’and‘Min 60’and the male parents‘Min 50’and‘Min 54’exhibited higher average compatibility indexes.The coefficient of variation of fruit traits was 7.00%-59.58%.Single fruit grains had the highest coefficient of variation,followed by the single fruit fresh seed weight;the oil rate of the kernel had the lowest coefficient of variation.The No.12 crossing combination performed well in terms of single fruit fresh seed weight,fresh seed rate of single fruit,and oil rate of the kernel.Other than the oil rate of the kernel,there were varying degrees of correlation among the crossing fruit traits.Combining the compatibility of crossing combinations,variation of fruit traits,and parental combining ability,‘Min 43’and‘Min 60’were excellent female parents while‘Min 50’and‘Min 54’were excellent male parents.No.12(‘Min 60’בMin 54’)represented an excellent crossing combination.
