摘要
营养教育是改善大学生食物选择的重要方法。本文对相关研究进行总结,分类阐述营养教育的影响和作用,发现营养教育能促进大学生改变食物选择倾向,减少依据口味、价格等来选择食物的现象,帮助大学生在食物选择中更加注重营养,在品种和数量方面选择有利于自身健康的食物,并减少对炸烤食物的选择,从而培养好的饮食习惯。
Nutrition education is an important method to improve college students’ food selection.This paper summarizes the relevant research,classifies and expounds the impact and role of nutrition education,and finds that nutrition education can promote college students to change their food selection tendency,reduce the phenomenon of choosing food according to taste and price,help college students pay more attention to nutrition in food selection,choose food conducive to their own health in terms of variety and quantity,and reduce the choice of fried food,so as to cultivate good eating habits.
