鸟巢式护理模式应用于早产儿的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨鸟巢式护理模式应用于早产儿的效果。方法:选取梅州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2020年1月-2021年1月60例早产儿。按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予鸟巢式护理模式。观察两组临床指标、护理前后神经行为及呼吸功能。结果:观察组首次排便时间早于对照组,排便次数及奶量增加均多于对照组,体温波动小于对照组,体重重于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组主动肌张力、被动肌张力、一般反应及原始反射评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组血氧饱和度大于对照组,心率及呼吸频率均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鸟巢式护理模式应用于早产儿可有效改善早产儿临床指标,从而提高神经行为,调节呼吸功能。 Objective:To explore the effect of bird’s nest nursing mode in premature infants.Method:A total of 60 cases of premature infants in Meizhou Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30) according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given bird’s nest nursing mode.The clinical indexes,neurobehavior and respiratory function before and after nursing of the two groups were observed.Result:The first defecation time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,the defecation frequency and the increase of milk volume of the observation group were more than those of the control group,the body temperature fluctuation of the observation was less than that of the control group,and the body weight of the observation was greater than that of the control group (P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of active muscle tension,passive muscle tension,general reaction and original reflex in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);after nursing,the blood oxygen saturation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the heart rate and respiratory rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bird’s nest model in premature infants can effectively improve the clinical index of premature infants,so as to improve neurobehavior and regulate respiratory function.
