毫米波穴位辐射疗法治疗癌性疼痛的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨用毫米波穴位辐射疗法治疗癌性疼痛的效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2021年4月期间江苏省溧阳市人民医院收治的60例伴有癌性疼痛的中晚期癌症患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患者30例。对两组患者均进行放化疗联合常规的药物镇痛治疗,在此基础上用毫米波穴位辐射疗法对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者Karnofsky功能状态评分标准(KPS)的评分及主诉疼痛程度分级法(VRS)的评分。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的KPS评分高于对照组患者,其VRS评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对癌性疼痛患者进行常规药物镇痛治疗的基础上,用毫米波穴位辐射疗法对其进行治疗能显著减轻其疼痛的程度,改善其机体的功能状态。 Objective:To investigate the effect of millimeter wave acupoint radiation therapy on cancer pain.Methods:A total of 60 patients with intermediate and advanced cancer with cancer pain who were admitted to Liyang People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with conventional drug analgesia.On this basis,millimeter-wave acupoint radiation therapy was used to treat the observation group,and then the Karnofsky functional status sco ring standard(KPS)score and chief Complaint pain degree grading Method(VRS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,KPS score of observation group was higher than control group,VRS score was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drug analgesia therapy for patients with cancer pain,millimeter wave acupoint radiation therapy can significantly reduce the degree of pain and improve the functio nal status of the body.
