摘要
目的:分析为糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)患者应用雷珠单抗(Lucentis)玻璃体腔注射+眼底激光疗法进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将浙江大学医学院附属第二医院2020年1月至2021年6月收治的72例DME患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组与试验组(36例/组)。对对照组患者进行Lucentis玻璃体腔注射治疗,在此基础上对试验组患者进行眼底激光治疗,然后比较两组患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)。结果:治疗后6个月和治疗后12个月,试验组患者的BCVA均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月和治疗后12个月,试验组患者的CMT均小于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对DME患者进行Lucentis玻璃体腔注射+眼底激光治疗可取得良好的临床效果,能够有效地改善其远期视力,减小其CMT。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of Lucentis plus fundus laser therapy for patients with diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods:A total of 72 DME patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and experimental group(36 cases/group).Patients in the control group were treated with Lucentis intravitreal injection,and patients in the experimental group were treated with fundus laser on this basis,and then the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and macular fovea thickness(CMT)were compared between the two groups.Results:At 6 months and 12 months after treatment,the BCVA of experimental group was higher than that of control group,P<0.05.CMT of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 1,3,6 and 12 months after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Lucentis intravitreal injection combined with fundus laser therapy can achieve good clinical effect in DME patients,and can effectively improve their long-term vision an d reduce their CMT.
