Comprehensive Evaluation of Distribution Network Planning Scheme Based on IVIF-AHP and Improved CRITIC Method

摘要 针对难以量化配电网规划方案的权重问题,提出IVIF-AHP法与改进CRITIC法结合的综合评估配电网规划方案的方法。首先,从配电网供电可靠性、经济性、供电质量及安全性四个方面建立综合评估指标体系;其次,通过三角模糊数确定决策者自身属性,引入评估结果相似度与决策者犹豫度共同决定加权因子矩阵,根据评估矩阵聚合的IVIFN计算指标熵权值。基于CRITIC法引入变异系数和冗余信息熵提高客观权重的客观性;最后,基于最小信息鉴别原理评估指标综合权值,同时计算准则层与方案层聚合的综合权重,利用聚合矩阵与准则层指标权重的联系计算方案层权重并排序。以上海配电系统网架结构为例验证所提方法的正确性和合理性。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to quantify the weight of distribution network planning scheme, a comprehensive evaluation method of distribution network planning scheme combining the IVIF-AHP methods and the improved CRITIC methods is proposed. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation index system is established from the aspects of power supply reliability, economy, power supply quality and safety of the distribution network. Secondly, the attributes of decision makers are determined by triangular fuzzy numbers, and similarity of evaluation results and hesitation of decision-making are introduced to jointly determine the weighting factor matrix, and the entropy weights are calculated based on the IVIFN aggregated by the evaluation matrix. Based on the CRITIC method, the coefficient of variation and redundant information entropy are introduced to improve the objectivity of the objective weights. Finally, the comprehensive weights are evaluated based on the principle of minimum information identification, and the aggregation comprehensive weights of the criterion layer and the scheme layer are calculated, the scheme weights are calculated and sorted by the connection between the aggregation matrix and the weights of the criterion layer. The correctness and rationality of the proposed method are verified by taking the grid structure of Shanghai power distribution system as an example.
