摘要
研究老挝水泥产品标准,分析老挝水泥标准特点,从水泥品种分类、物理性能要求、化学性能要求等方面与中国水泥标准进行比对,对两者差异性进行了分析,为老挝国家标准技术委员会以及我国水泥标准的修订提供依据,以供中国水泥企业在老投资和"一带一路"倡议项目实施提供借鉴,为中国标准技术"走出去"奠定基础。
The paper studies the cement product standard of Laos,analyzes its characteristics,then compares it with Chinese cement standard from the aspects of cement classification,physical performance requirements,chemical performance requirements,and analyzes the difference between the two.The analysis provides the basis for the revision of the cement standard by the technical committees of national standards in Laos and in China.It also provides reference for Chinese cement enterprises’investment in Laos and the implementation of the"Belt and Road"Initiative projects,laying the foundation for the"going global"of China’s standard technology.
