古代经典名方含挥发性成分中药的提取工艺进展与生产策略分析 被引量:4

Progress in extraction of traditional Chinese medicine containing volatile ingredients in ancient classical prescriptions and analysis of production strategy

摘要 经典名方制剂开发是目前中药复方新药研发的热点,大部分经典名方是采用水煎煮工艺制备成汤剂后临床应用。其中有一部分处方含有挥发性成分的中药,经典名方原文记载大部分是同煎,而制成现代制剂时,工业化生产的煎煮浓缩干燥工艺是否会造成挥发性成分的变化而引起疗效的变化,非常值得关注。文章通过文献研究和分析,列举了含有挥发性成分中药的古代经典名方,并对含挥发性成分中药的提取工艺进展做一综述,提出了这类经典名方制剂在工业化生产中可采用的制备工艺策略,以期为含挥发性成分中药的经典名方研究开发提供参考。 At present,the development of classical prescription is a hot spot in the research and development of new compound traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Most of the classical prescription is prepared by water decoction process.Among them,some prescriptions contain volatile components,most of which are in the same decoction according to the original records of classical prescriptions.When they are made into modern preparations,whether the industrial production of decoction,concentration and drying process may cause the change of volatile components and curative effect is of great concern.In this paper,through literature research and analysis,the ancient classic prescriptions containing volatile components are listed,and the progress of extraction technology of traditional Chinese medicine containing volatile components is reviewed.The preparation technology strategies that can be used in the industrial production of this kind of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are put forward,in order to provide reference for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions containing volatile components.
