摘要
联系当前中国基础教育中德育与劳动教育的发展变革特点,分析当下中小学德育与劳动教育协同长效发展中的现实困境和暴露出的活动、成果、内容、机制等方面的问题,借鉴德鲁克目标管理思想提出“一核心,一手段,四模块”的长效协同目标分级校园劳动德育体系框架作为突破方向和策略,有效落实“以劳树德、以德育劳、以劳促全”政策要求,助力基础教育高质量、现代化发展。
Connecting with the development and reform characteristics of moral education and labor education in China's basic education,the paper analyzes the current practical difficulties and exposed problems in activities,achievements,contents and mechanisms in the coordinated and long-term development of moral education and labor education in primary and secondary schools.By drawing on Drucker's goal management thought,this paper puts forward the long-term collaborative goal of“one core,one means and four modules”,takes the hierarchical campus labor moral education system framework as the breakthrough direction and strategy,effectively implements the policy requirements of“building virtue through labor,enhancing labor through moral education and promoting the whole through labor”,and helps the high-quality and modern development of basic education.
