大规模疫情时期构建中国居家健身远程教育系统探究 被引量:5

摘要 面对新型冠状病毒肺炎造成的大规模疫情,国家体育总局下发通知,积极倡导居家科学健身。以此为背景,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,在深入分析形势及不同群体需求的基础上,提出构建中国居家健身远程教育系统。认为,该系统能够实现居家授课和交流,健身计划、督促和指导,运动和健康管理等功能,具有专业化、建设速度快、覆盖人群广、使用成本低等显著特点,可有效应对当前线上健身缺乏统筹管理、未能兼顾更多群体、社区作用发挥不充分等问题。既是疫情期间解决居民健身问题的权宜方案,更是以信息化促进全民健身和体育事业发展的有力举措。进一步对将虚拟现实、人工智能、大数据和区块链等新兴信息技术应用到中国居家健身远程教育系统作出展望。 In the face of a large-scale epidemic caused by the 2019-nCoV,the General Administration of Sport of China has issued a notice,actively advocating scientific fitness at home.Based on this background,this paper applies the methods of literature analysis,logical analysis and comparative analysis,and puts forward the construction of distance education system for China home fitness distance education system on the basis of in-depth analysis of the situation and the needs of different groups.The system can realize home teaching and communication,fitness plan,supervision and guidance,sports and health management functions,with specialization,construction speed,wide coverage and low cost.The system can also effectively solve the problems,including the lack of overall management of the front fitness,failing to balance more groups,and insufficient functioning of the community.It is not only an expedient solution to solve the resident fitness problem during the epidemic period,but also a powerful measure to promote the development of national fitness and sports undertakings through informatization.Then,it makes a prospect for the application of emerging information technologies namely virtual reality,artificial intelligence,big data and blockchain to China home fitness distance education system.
