摘要 针对当前葵花籽采用半球形窝眼进行长度分选时的不足,根据被选葵花籽的长、宽、厚尺寸及其形状特性,设计出一种异形窝眼结构,能够稳定并准确地承托与容纳需要分离的较短葵花籽,并可以使较短葵花籽能够顺利掉落,不至窝眼发生堵塞,且便于加工成型。另外,此种窝眼结构在窝眼筒单位面积上的排列数量较现有同规格的半球形窝眼排列数量提高40%以上。 According to the length,width,thickness and shape characteristics of selected sunflower seeds,a kind of special-shaped orbital structure was designed to overcome the shortcomings of the current selection of sunflower seeds with half-spherical orbital length,the utility model can stably and accurately support and hold the shorter sunflower seeds which need to be separated,and can make the shorter sunflower seeds fall down smoothly,so as not to plug up the socket,and is convenient for processing and forming.In addition,the arrangement number of the socket structure on the unit area of the socket tube is more than 40%higher than that of the existing hemispherical socket arrangement of the same specification.
