研究生创新能力与导师团队建设中的若干问题

摘要 当前学徒制度之下培养出来的研究生的知识体系、思维方式受到单一学科的限制,往往缺乏进行跨专业实践和多学科研究能力,难以满足社会发展需要,应运而生的团队导师制度即是一种有效培养研究生科研创新能力的新模式。本文对研究生创新能力影响因素及导师团队发挥的作用进行了探讨,同时,对于导师团队的内部分工与外部支持等如团队职责分配、院校保障体系、校企合作机制等进行了分析。 The knowledge system and thinking mode of graduate students trained under the current apprenticeship system are limited by a single discipline,which often lack the ability to carry out interdisciplinary practice and multidisciplinary research,and it is difficult to meet the needs of social development.The team mentor system that came into being is a new model to effectively cultivate postgraduates'scientific research and innovation ability.This paper discusses the influencing factors of postgraduates'innovation ability and the role of tutor team.At the same time,it analyzes the internal responsibility division and external support means of tutor team,such as team responsibility distribution,college guarantee system,school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and so on.
