摘要
采用双指标序列分析法和聚类分析法对13批不同产地大黄样品(S1~S13)的红外光谱进行比较分析,研究不同产地大黄间的品质差异。结果表明:虽然各产地大黄的红外光谱趋势大致相同,但是样品在各自的光谱特征吸收峰数目及强度等方面的差异尤为显著。不同产地大黄样品间的共有峰率为47.83%~94.12%,变异峰率为0.00%~58.33%。产地相近的S1和S9、S4和S5之间有较高的共有峰率(均为94.12%)及较低的变异峰率(均为0.00%);S10与S6、S12、S13、S11之间有很高的变异峰率(≥54.55%);大黄样品共聚为6类,其聚类分析结果同双指标序列分析法相一致,两种方法相互印证,可靠有效,为大黄产地溯源提供一定的技术支撑。
The method of sequential analysis of dual-indexes and cluster analysis were utilized to investigate the infrared fingerprints of polygonaceae from 13 different regions,and the quality differences of polygonaceae were studied.Results showed that though polygonaceae from different regions had similar characteristic peaks of infrared spectra,there were obvious differences in the number and intensity of characteristic absorption peaks.The common peak ratio between the samples from different regions were 47.83%to 94.12%,with the variation peak ratio ranging from 0.00%to 58.33%.The samples S1 and S9,S4 and S5 from nearby regions had high common peak ratios(all were 94.12%)and low variant peak ratios(all were 0.00%).The samples S10 and S6,S12,S13,S11 were of significant disparity with variant peak ratio larger than 54.55%.The cluster analysis intuitively divided the samples into six categories,which were basically consistent with that of dual-indexes sequence analysis.The two methods verifies each other and are reliable and effective,which may provide a technical support for origin traceability of polygonaceae.
