摘要
针对目前汽车专业课程思政教学中存在的知识传授与价值引领失衡,教师教学理念及方法传统,组织机制和教学质量评价标准不够完善的问题,通过做好教学资源建设,挖掘思政育人元素,创新灵活多变的教学方式,利用实践教学培养工匠精神进行思政育人融入专业课程创新性探索;拓宽认识领域,提升政治素养,加强师德师风建设,建立考核标准和长效机制。达到专业类课程与思政教育协同创新效果,充分发挥专业课程的育人功能。
In view of the imbalance between knowledge impartment and value guidance,the traditional teaching ideas and methods,the imperfect organizational mechanism and the evaluation standard of teaching quality in the current curriculum ideological and political teaching,by deepening the curriculum ideological and political concept,optimizing the teaching design,broadening the professional field of teachers,and establishing the evaluation standard and long-term mechanism,the study tries to achieve the collaborative innovation effect of professional courses and ideological and political education,and give full play to the educational function of professional courses.
