摘要 在前期已有动车组安全监测设备的基础上,基于标准化、系统化、平台化的要求,针对我国动车组运用安全监控的现状与需要,研制了动车组安全与运维集成平台。该平台以车载安全监控系统为核心,集成了火灾、旋转部件、构架、车体等关键监测项点,并通过将运用数据转储至地面运维支持系统,构建了车辆级—列车级—地面级的三级诊断系统,实现了对动车组关键部件运用状态的评估、故障定位和故障预测,从而指导动车组地面维修。 Based on the existing EMU safety monitoring equipment in the early stage, and the requirements of standardization, systematization and platformization, aiming at the current situation and needs of EMU safety monitoring in China, this paper developed the EMU safety and operation and maintenance integrated platform. The platform takes the central processing platform of on-board safety monitoring platform as the core, integrates key monitoring points such as fire, rotating parts, framework, vehicle body, etc., and constructs the three-level diagnosis system of vehicle level train level ground level by transferring the application data to the ground operation and maintenance support system, so as to realize the evaluation and failure of key components of EMU positioning and fault prediction, so as to guide the ground maintenance of EMU.
