摘要 随着互联网的快速发展,移动电商和跨境电商迅速兴起,电子商务的发展变化带动了国际贸易、区域经济,改变了人们的生活,也扩大了市场对电商人才的需求。面对市场需求与专业学生供给的落差,本文通过对学校、企业、学生各方对电子商务专业人才培养的需求进行深入分析,从以下四个方面,即校企共建“双线互动,岗位进阶”人才培养模式,建设产教融合生产性实训基地,建立“专业技能+职业素养”学业考核体系,打造专兼职结合的“双师型”教学团队,探索职业院校电子商务专业产教融合人才培养改革路径。力求满足市场需求,提高职业院校电子商务专业毕业生就业率,改善传统电子商务专业知识结构,提升电子商务教师队伍整体职业素养,加强市场与学校之间的合作联系,推动职业院校电子商务专业的长远发展。 With the rapid development of the Internet and the rapid rise of mobile e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce,the development and changes of e-commerce have driven international trade and regional economy,changed people’s lives,and expanded the market demand for e-commerce talents.In the face of the gap between the market demand and the supply of professional students,this study makes an in-depth analysis of the needs of universities and colleges,enterprises and students for the training of e-commerce professionals from the following four aspects,that is,universities,colleges and enterprises jointly build a talent training model of“two-dimension interaction and promotion”,set a productive training base for the integration of industry and education,and establish an academic assessment system of“professional skills plus professional accomplishment”,create a“double-teacher”teaching team with the combination of full-time and part-time system,and explore the reform paths of industry-education integration of e-commerce majors in vocational colleges.They strive to meet the market demand,improve the employment rate of graduates majoring in e-commerce in vocational colleges,improve the professional knowledge structure of traditional e-commerce,enhance the overall professional quality of e-commerce teachers,strengthen the cooperation between the market and universities and colleges,and promote the long-term development of e-commerce major in vocational colleges.
