摘要
文章对北方地区输水隧洞冬季施工喷射混凝土速凝剂进行性能指标试验。试验结果表明:无碱液体速凝剂对于北方地区输水隧洞冬季施工喷射混凝的速凝效果最佳,工程施工时速凝剂的初凝时间尽量控制在3-5min较为适宜。研究成果对于北方寒区输水隧洞施工速凝剂的选择及主要性能指标选择具有重要参考价值。
The performance index test of sprayed concrete accelerator in winter construction of water conveyance tunnel in northern area was carried out in this paper.The test results show that the alkali-free liquid accelerator has the best quick-setting effect for the spray coagulation in the winter construction of the water tunnel in the north.The initial setting time of the accelerator during the construction of the project is controlled as far as possible to 3-4 min.The research results have important reference value for the selection of quick-setting admixtures and the selection of main performance indicators for water conveyance tunnel construction in the northern cold area.
